Location: Epsom
Salary: £43,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

About the Role
Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead and develop our care services in line with the highest standards of care and compliance. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of service delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading a high-performing team, and promoting their values.

Person Specification

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Eligible and willing to be registered as a CQC manager.

  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.

  • Strong administration and IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call as required.

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Level 5 qualification in Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).

  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.

  • Understanding of personalised care, individual budgets, and respite care.

  • Familiarity with team leadership and management best practices.
